Bread Florence
3 c. sugar
about 7 lb flour
Crisco heaping 4 Tbsp
saucepan in non-fat milk--2 c.
heat above
fill with cold water
5 pkg. yeast
3 tsp. salt
Florence's bread & Elaine's cutting recipe
2 huge Tbsp Crico
heat in milk/water to make full 1 qt liquid
Combine 2 1/2 heaping Tbsp yeast measuring spoons
1 heaping c. sugar
Liquid 115-119 degrees
Add flour to liquid & stir. Let sit for 10-20 min. then add flour for good consistency.
