1/3 sugar
salt
water

6 c water
1/2 c sugar
2 Tsps yeast
6 c wheat un ground
1/2 c oil
1 Tps salt
6 C. white flour

Mother's recipes: Florence's bread

Bread Florence
3 c. sugar
about 7 lb flour
Crisco heaping 4 Tbsp
saucepan in non-fat milk--2 c.
heat above
fill with cold water
5 pkg. yeast
3 tsp. salt

Florence's bread & Elaine's cutting recipe

2 huge Tbsp Crico
heat in milk/water to make full 1 qt liquid
Combine 2 1/2 heaping Tbsp yeast measuring spoons
1 heaping c. sugar
Liquid 115-119 degrees
Add flour to liquid & stir. Let sit for 10-20 min. then add flour for good consistency.

1 c water

1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp oil
2 3/4 flour
Bake 400 degrees ten min.

Recipe for Bread From Elaine

Water in saucepan to 1st rim with 1 heaping large spoon Crisco.

In bread mixer put
2 c. w. wheat flour, 2 c. white flour
1 tbsp and 1 tsp yeast, level

1/3 c sugar (less than)
dash salt
--Mix--by adding above liquid.
Add 2 eggs and flour that is needed.
